   Was there for NYE. Ir wyas an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the wait staff was so friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite restaurants so I will definitely be coming back again.

   Please provide the general manager email address as I want to formally submit a complaint for such a terrible and unorganized NYE experience at your place, which cost of $100 per person just to reserve a table was a total rip-off! I hate to start the year with a negative note but this was not acceptable so please forgive me. It took an hour after arrival to receive our reserved table. One seated, we were not even offered anything to drink or eat in the first 25 min, and the food was mediocre at best and such reduced night menu was terrible (when reserving you were able to browse the menu (pictures attached) and we were only offered at arrival the “late night menu”). Thank you for offering to take care of the two pizzas we received but in no way this compensate $400 just in reservations and the lost of a planned special moment with my two kids -event that I told you when reserving was the first new year after their mother left us- besides it took us one hour to drive to your place. What a terrible disappointment you were to us, and to the rest of people that we met that also reserved as us and we were just left standing there for one hour. Best, Carlos Herrera

   The best aspect of MIDA is the view and space. All else is disappointing.

   We have also been to Mida on Columbus Ave in Boston…the food is delish!!!. The ambience at the East Boston’s Mida is very nice, cozy. The view, especially at night looking over the water seeing the beautiful Downtown Boston is superb. The only downside is parking, but then again that is the trademark of Boston.

   Food and ambiance outstanding. Service was not very good. Initially we were told the pizza oven was not in working order though table next to us had just received a pizza. When we asked if server was sure, the answer changed and pizza became available. Server asked that we provide our full order all at once to ensure proper flow with kitchen. Good idea but what actually happened is pizza came out right after apps and as a result my youngest son was just about done with his dinner by the time the rest of the table was served and nobody checked with us or gave us a status on our entrees until asked. Same occurred with desserts, we had to proactively ask, took a long time to get them, and then I had to flag down another server to settle up the check. I didn’t even see our server after dessert and it was a very slow Sunday evening. Could have been an excellent experience but for a $300 dinner for a family of 5 the service was not even close to what should be expected.

   Nice brunch experience with friends on Sunday. The food was tasty. The children's chicken order appeared overdone. The appetizers were great. We had the burrata, meatballs, salad, and arancini. The meatballs were a bit peppery, but otherwise all was great. Pasta dishes were very good. One pasta dish was a little too al dente. The crispy chicken dish was well done. I would have preferred a bit moister chicken. Pizza was good. Drinks were fabulous. I would return, but perhaps for lunch or dinner instead of brunch.
