    Our Demonstration Cooking Classes are presented classroom style, where you will watch the chef prepare his menu, providing step-by-step procedures and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. Our classes are always fun and informative and the company is always congenial.           Celebrated my wife’s birthday. We had WONDERFUL evening which was made very special with the help of our waiter Harper. We couldn’t decide between the 3 of us who wanted what entrees. Harper suggested we order and then split between us. It turned out to be a great suggestion. Micheal Anthony’s is a very special restaurant for any occasion.

          Sat at bar for sips and bites experience. Food was very good as was the wine offerings, service wasn’t the level I expected. Plenty of bartenders but no one explained to us what to expect, and others were receiving food/wine flights. Had to constantly ask what the process is, ask for bread that others had, and no explanation of type wine as they poured the 3 glasses. Trio of food and wine were very good!
