   The food was delicious! Server was very nice but you could tell she was not in the best mood. For sure will come back, we love it!

   I had a reservation for 9:15 PM when I got there at 9:10 they said I had to wait 20 minutes cause they were busy. I understood that but then I waited for almost an hour. I didn’t get seated till around 10:10 PM. AND I HAD TO GO TALK TO THE FRONT TO SEE ABOUT GETTING SEATED, AND THEN WHEN I GOT SEATED EVERYTHING SAME RUSH, OUR SERVER RUSHED YOUR FOOD, RUSH THE MENU AND THEY RUSHED SO MUCH THAT THEY EVEN FORGOT OUR FIRST APPETIZER AND THIS FIVE COURSE MEAL, THE FOOD WAS OK VERY LITTLE AMOUNT OF FOOD FOR THE PRICE THAT YOU PAY ESPECIALLY ON A VALENTINE’S DAY MENU and for $110 for two people I don’t think the food was worth it. The steak was very chewy. It was rushed and I don’t think I would come back again because of this experience

   The food was good. Portions seemed small but overall was good. Was disappointed that we had a 9PM reservation and we were finally seated at 940PM. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyable experience.

   Great food. Noisy but mainly because of live band. Still not too much noise. Amazing drinks.

   I made reservations for the Valentine’s Day five course meal for my wife and I. She lives Flamenco music and we are always open to try new restaurants. Unfortunately the experience was a letdown. I do not put this on the staff, the responsibility lies in whomever was responsible for organizing the event. Our reservations were made for 7:45 p.m. yet we weren’t seated until 8:45 p.m. we waited in the bar area and were in a sea of upset faces who were drinking to get over the fact that their scheduled dinner reservations were also pushed to the right. I felt bad for the hosts who were essentially the bearer of bad news to all who approached to check in. After we were finally seated we were given the menu and made our selections. From then on it was a night of random servers who drop plates at the table with minimal interaction. Again, this is not a knock on the workers who were obviously in crisis management mode all night but more a question on why the planning for the event failed so miserably? Overbooking? Understaffed? It all was on full display. The live Flamenco music was phenomenal and saved the night, but the overall experience was average at best.

   Had reservations but still had to wait an hour to be seated causing us to miss the band I planned on seeing there while experiencing the food. The staff themselves were great and the ambiance was awesome but the coordination just wasn’t there.

   The most disorganized restaurant I've ever been to!! We had to wait 45 minutes beyond the time of our reservation to be seated. There was a fixed menu for Valentine's Day-- no problem there. The problem came when the first course took 15 minutes to get there, the next three courses arrived at the same time, and the last one took 15 minutes once the dishes had been cleared from the first four courses to arrive. Totally disorganized- a terrible lack of competent management. A restaurant should know what to expect on Valentine's Day and be prepared to do it well- they were NOT prepared. Food quality is important, and that was OK, but lousy management is inexcusable.

   Valentine’s Day event was great. Good music and good food. Sat by the door and it was really cold outside, made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed the experience

    Seated 30 minutes after reservation due to "kitchen error" incredibly slow service with multiple incorrect or missing items delivered to table. Extra long wait for single peice of cake for dessert, while we watched table next to us be served 4 courses faster than they could eat 1. Something is very wrong in the kitchen
