   On arrival, we were greeted by a staff member who went to check our booking. However, before he could come back to us, another staff member came up and asked if we had a booking. When we were seated, again, we were asked simultaneously within a minute gap if we needed anything. As though there was no communications on the floor. Entrees came 15mins apart but was fine. Our 3rd entree didn’t arrive after 30mins. We informed a staff member and assumed it would be expedited. Five minutes later, a wrong main arrived. The manager apologised and told us the last entree we were waiting is 1 minute away. Another 10minutes later our correct main arrived which by then, we didn’t want our entrees anymore. Food was average compared to what we had a couple of years ago. The restaurant was majority filled with large groups so it was naturally very loud. It was a disappointing experience and we will not be rushing back.

   First time going there, loved the feed me menu so we could try a few different things. Great food, great service! Maybe next time we'll have room for dessert!

   Reservation for 7.30. Arrived 7.25. Seated 7.45. Ignored by wait staff. Empty glasses taken but not offered more drinks. Advised no tap water available and no jugs left. Ordered sparkling water which never came. After 75 minutes our Entrees came before starters. One main came before entrees but we are pretty sure it wasn’t ours as on many occasions people around us were taken drinks and meals they didn’t even order. 90 minutes after our starters and entrees came out we received our mains. The skewers were cold and had to be sent back. Just before 11pm we decided it was too late for the dessert so we ordered it to go. As we approached to pay we were told sorry about tonight but the booking system over booked the restaurant by 40 covers and that our drinks would not be charged. If only we had been offered more drinks or the sparkling water I did order was given to us this would have been some compensation for one of the worst experiences I have had anywhere in the world. Clearly they were in trouble from early stage in the night. I think management should have spoken up sooner and made sure people had at least drinks and staters to keep them happy. We even saw people offering food to others! I would have to think long and hard about returning. I must add the food other than the first serving cold skewers was very tasty! Is was more the lack of service that left a bad taste in our mouths!

   We waited 2 hours for a main course that got forgotten I had to go ask them and the chicken and chips came out cold, terrible customer service and biggest waste of $80 per person beyond dissapointed as I had heard great things I even explained this when we paid and they only offered to give us 2 drinks for free

   Fabulous meal. The food, wine, and service was terrific, there was great ambience, and it was a lovely way to spend the time on Saturday evening.

   Had a bottle of chilled white wine and some delicious meze including perfectly cooked kalamari, before movie at Palace Nova Prospect. So good that we returned after the movie for some divine mastika, greek coffee n cakes...Thank you Andreas for your philoxenia...OPA!!

   It was our first time dinning and the waiter was very helpful with our selection of food. The food was full of wonderful flavours and good served.

   Simply phenomenal to sum it up 🙌 The food is next level,the staff are fantastic and the ambiance is inviting and comfortable in many ways. If you don’t get a chance to go here then your missing out on an amazing place.

    It was a nice night out. The food was great, service was good - just a little bit slow. I had to flag someone down to ask for water when I arrived, and then after we finished our main meals we had to again flag someone down for dessert. They didn’t have the drink I wanted which was absolutely fine, so I ordered a cup of tea and they automatically brought peppermint tea which I thought was a bit odd, but I don’t mind it! It was pretty loud inside but not enough to negatively impact our night. Overall it’s certainly somewhere I’d go back to (this was my third time dining there).
