   Delicious unique options and great classics. We loved the ribeye tacos, and the combo plate of chimichanga and enchiladas. The tres leches was a wonderful sweet treat to top it off. Next time I am going for the hanging tacos. Attentive servers, but they did not rush us.

   We waited five minutes before we were acknowledged even though several wait staff walked by and looked at us. We waited a long time to have our order taken. When we ordered, I specifically asked drinks first, then appetizer, then entree. The appetizer came and then almost immediately, the entree, so our tiny table was stacked full of food, and I had to remind our server about drinks. The cheese in my enchilada wasn’t melted and was still cool from the fridge, so I sent it back to the kitchen. When it came back to me, no effort had been made to replate or to clean up the original plate. The food was mediocre, the service just weird. My Hibiscus Mezcal was terrific.

   Waitress never checked in with us after receiving drinks + food, the margarita was disgustingly sweet, the girl who was making our guacamole in front of us was on her phone while walking up to the table and would wipe her face with her gloved hands - she got distracted talking to a coworker that was passing by mid her making the guacamole, and food is very under seasoned. Sucky staff and sucky food / drinks. $51 was not worth what we got.

   The reservation was honored on time. The service was excellent. The food quality is quite good, I see it as the higher end pricewise for dining at an establishment that is serving Mexican style foods but at least they pulled it off. Depending on your budget it may not be an everyday location but more of a special occasion location. The bacon wrapped shrimp was fabulous and the Ribeye Taco's we very good. Beer at $8.50 a glass seemed a tad high. I will return on a special occasions.

    Amazing service! Margaritas were great, as was molcajete and carne asada burrito. Combination plate was underwhelming. Carnitas were mid. We enjoyed the queso, but guacamole was under-seasoned.
