   The waitress McKayla was wonderful. The place was awesome. My only issue was I ordered chicken enchiladas and got the enchiladas without chicken and with a spoon full of cheese inside them with no chicken. The only option I was offered was a side plate of chicken so instead of enchiladas I had a plate of seasoned chicken and was left to try to create my own chicken enchiladas. For a $500 dinner I would have expected at the very least a plate of the properly made enchiladas I had ordered.

   I came here to celebrate a friends birthday, really nice ambience with nice holiday decorations, service was nice, my only disappointment was the food, the mushroom quesadilla no flavor and very bitter cream on top could no finish it. Hanger steak very dry it’s salsa very simple, the salsa dips needs more favor, not worth it for the price $$$.

   Another outstanding dining experience. From the cocktails to apps to our entree and don’t forget the Tres Leche cake for dessert. What a well run restaurant

   Our reservation was for 7. We arrived on time and were asked to wait a few minutes. They have very small waiting area and it was cold outside so the lobby was packed with people. Other people also waited for their reservations. We continued to wait and asked how much longer at 715. We were not seated until 730. Sorry Meximodo but that is not ok to have people wait 30 minutes with a reservation. Once seated we waited again for a server for 10 minutes. Our appetizer arrived before our drinks. The food was good and our server was pleasant. It’s a beautiful space but I’m not sure the management has their reservations system together. Also many people wanted to go to the bar but they don’t allow anyone standing at the bar so there was a lot of frustration among people waiting. There is room for improvement. It’s too bad because I probably wouldn’t go back due to all of this

   The upstairs was not the same vibe as the downstairs. The food is very average and the drinks were not made well this time around.

   The host girl needs an attitude adjustment. She should read special request first. I had people fly in to see me and I requested the best seat in the house. I know it’s not the front door sitting. Once we finally got a better area to sit. My guest we all happy. Food was amazing as usual, but the waiter did forget my second drink. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

   Service was great, drinks tasty but overpriced. We sat at a table for two in a high traffic area between bar, service area, and hallway to bathroom and felt like we were not part of the dining area. The table was too small to accommodate all the food we ordered. The place was beautifully decorated for the Holidays, cheers. Wish we could of been seated in the main area. The chicken taco's were ok. The Pomegranate Pine nut guacamole was very good. And the sauce dips for chips were very good.

    Meximodo nails it with bold, modern Mexican flavors in a fun, lively spot. The mole enchiladas are killer, and the hibiscus margarita? So refreshing. Friendly vibes, great food definitely worth a visit.
