   I absolutely love Metropole! The ambiance is fantastic, and dining alongside a penguin adds such a unique charm. The food was excellent, with a menu featuring delicious seasonal options. The service, while decent, could use a little improvement.

   My first visit to the restaurant. The restaurant was full but service was impeccable and very timely! So sheoshito appetizer was to die for! Cod was perfectly done. Waitress ,Mary, Was very welcoming and professional.. Is this place can do a great job on Christmas Eve I'm sure every other day is as good or better !will be returning!?

   Food was excellent even though offerings being limited due to we were there on Christmas Eve. Pricing was higher than it probably should have been. Disappointed there were not any holiday decorations in the restaurant- went there thinking we would get a great holiday ambiance.

   Our server Jeremy was delightful and very knowledgeable about the food and wine:) The food was fantastic, wine was amazing and I will definitely be back!

   This place has amazing food. We had friends in from Chicago for my husbands birthday and I choose this restaurant. Everyone loved every dish we tried. David, our waiter recommended many of the dishes and they were all so good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

   Made reservations and were sat immediately. We waited a little over 10 minutes and no one came to even offer us water so we left. It was not very crowded and we saw at least 4 servers. No servers even acknowledged that we were there, told us they would be with us in a minute, or brought us water.

   We waited 15 mins to be greeted at our table. 40 mins to get a drink. No place to hang long coats. Food was good but experience started to rough it was hard to enjoy when it took so long to arrive. Why does a hotel restaurant not offer lunch on weekends? It makes zero sense. This place has so much potential, but seems like a forgotten detail with this hotel.
