   Made reservations and were sat immediately. We waited a little over 10 minutes and no one came to even offer us water so we left. It was not very crowded and we saw at least 4 servers. No servers even acknowledged that we were there, told us they would be with us in a minute, or brought us water.

   We waited 15 mins to be greeted at our table. 40 mins to get a drink. No place to hang long coats. Food was good but experience started to rough it was hard to enjoy when it took so long to arrive. Why does a hotel restaurant not offer lunch on weekends? It makes zero sense. This place has so much potential, but seems like a forgotten detail with this hotel.

   I love everything about this restaurant. Can't beat the location if you are seeing a show. Food is always delicious and service is impeccable!

   Food was great, we loved the wine as well. Very quiet and private. Great service!!!!!

   Went prior to theatre for brunch. Food was good; nothing special . Ordered a mimosa, a 3oz champagne w 1oz OJ. Waitress took back and a splash of champagne added . She was not extremely interested in tables experience. I will return ; however as far as brunch goes, it was a decent Hotel brunch.

   Viewed art exhibit of wonderful works in hotel before dinner. Our waiter was a pro and the food fabulous. Next time we are hoping for a visit by resident penguin.

   My wife and I aren’t fish/seafood eaters and the majority of the appetizers and many of the entrees were fish related.

    Thanksgiving dinner was mediocre at best, which was disappointing given the many times we've enjoyed our meals at Metropole. The soup appetizer was gone by the time we arrived, the pound cake dry. Way overpriced (even knowing it was Thanksgiving) for the quality of the meal.
