    Outstanding Christmas dinner! Very high-quality three course meal and well staffed. We absolutely loved the Tako Escargot (octopus, parsley butter, and bread), wow! The fresh, tender beef and seafood were combined with flavorful sauces and vegetables. We also had the opportunity to indulge in many of the wonderful desserts - our favorite was the Waialua chocolate torte. A memorable dinner experience on the beautiful Big Island!

    Our experience at Merriman’s for Christmas Eve was outstanding! From the moment we walked in the door, the hospitality, service, and food was the highest quality we have enjoyed on the Big Island. Our server, David, was congenial and efficient, timely and professional. The staff made the experience every bit as extraordinary as the delicious menu. Thank you, and Mele Kalikimaka!

    Our whole trip was planned around the Christmas dinner experience. So worth it. Pleasant vibe that made instantly comfortable to which the low noise level for the number of people in the full room clearly contributed.

    Our favorite lunch dish, the pork saimin was just ok today. Nearly no noodles, and the bowls were only half full. Hopefully it was a one time issue. Maybe they were running low? It was a poor meal today unfortunately.
