Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email eventsmaui@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

      Best dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Our waiter Gary was attentive (in a good way) and friendly and welcoming. Every member of the staff we came into contact with was welcoming and went above and beyond. Our meal was amazing. It was a memorable evening for sure!!

      This was an experience, not just a meal. They have a great menu with innovative specials and a fabulous wine list. Spectacular views of the sunset, even if you aren't seated on the patio.

      Our server Gary was really great. He provided great service and knew when to be present and when to leave us to talk. In all another great dinner for us in the most beautiful restaurant in Maui

      Food was just ok, service was excellent though. It was extremely loud while dining and I’m very disappointed that they didn’t bother reading the note I left in the reservation that requested a table near the windows. I made the reservation over 6 weeks in advance specifically for this request. If you book, expect that the hosts won’t care about any of your requests.

      We went to Merriman’s for my birthday dinner and it was one of the best birthday dinner I had. The staffs were super sweet and they made my special night very memorable. Food and ambience was excellent. Our sever David was the sweetest!
