        Overall a good and fun experience! Service and good were great but we had to wait almost 45 min for our food… unacceptable! The place got pretty loud.

        Server was excellent but restaurant was very busy/understaffed and overall it took a long time for orders to get placed. Was very loud and hard to have a business dinner. Great food options with a good mix of NOLA classics. Would go back but with a smaller party and personal dinner only.

        The noise level is way to high and the portions were quite small for the prices. The food ranged from good to just fair for the four things we tried

        Noise level was close to unbearable - hard surfaces, dozens of tables. Wait staff was overworked, had too many tables and was very inattentative. One of our entrees came out after everyone was finished and we were barely offered an apology, let alone a discount/free dessert/anything for the huge inconvenience. Part of one of our table's flatbread was literally dropped on the floor and again, nothing was made up for it. Just laughed it off. First time there. Probably last. Maybe it just caters to tourists from the convention center? The food was delicious. But it didn't make up for the service at all.

        We had an absolutely lovely time today at Meril. I was in town to celebrate my 50th birthday and we finished off our trip with a stop at Meril for a late lunch. Sonia and Katelyn made our meal so special! The food was delicious as always, but our service really made the meal. Thank you, ladies!

        This restaurant is so incredibly loud, everyone is shouting just for the person sitting right next to you to hear. Took over 45 minutes for appetizers to arrive, and the burger came out completely burnt like a hockey puck.

        This was the loudest restaurant I have ever been to. There were 8 people in our party and none of us could hear each other so it was impossible to have any type of conversation. We left with headaches! The food wasn’t bad, but I would never eat here again because of the noise level.
