    The pizzas are delicious! Especially the Rendezvous and the Wine Country! The waiter was triple-sat right when we got there, but he still did a great job and getting to his tables quickly and making sure we had what we needed. The wine waiter was also very quick in getting us our wines, and it was a beautiful day to sit out on the patio.

    As a member at Grape Creek, we made a reservation for a table. We had to stand in line to check in for our reservation as the host asked questions about guests without reservations wanted food, wine or a small plate menu. Upon reaching the host stand, we were told our table was ready and that we needed to walk down to check in at a second host stand. The line there was quite long and the host was asking the very same questions of guests. After waiting about 10 minutes, another person told us to walk down to the restaurant to get our table. Upon reaching the restaurant and speaking with the staff, we were sent back to the second host stand to be assigned to our table. The line there had increased in length. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we were told by the host at the second stand that the computer was showing we had already been seated. Overall, the process didn't work, was repetitive and inefficient. All the time, our table sat empty. It can't be great for the restaurant either.

    Food was excellent. We had a seasonal appetizer to start. Followed by an amazing burger and pizza. Staff was helpful and friendly!

    I’ve been a Grape Creek member for years, ever since Stouts opened at Grape Creek. Today was very disappointing when I called to let them know I was running about 10-15 late due to the weather conditions coming from San Antonio. They stated, you have 15 minutes grace period and no reservations at 12:00 pm, however when we arrived several tables were open inside and outside. Very disappointing. I also, requested to sit inside due to the weather, when we arrived they stated they were doubled booked and no availability inside. Poor management of reservations. However, there were several tables open inside. I will email to speak with management. It makes you reconsider your membership due to all the hassle.

    Grape Creek Member Patio and Stout's Signature hostess did an awesome job getting our reservation changed from the patio to inside on a rainy day. Both the food and beverage waitstaff were timely on their inquiries without being obnoxious. Member since 2013 at Georgetown location (which consistently has awesome staff). but always enjoy going to the flagship operation,.
