It is a historic building from the 17th century that preserves the essence of the island. Now, we collect this concept and present a restaurant where you can get to know the authentic Mallorcan cuisine but adapted to the 21st century. Still betting on slow food and the raw material that can be enjoyed in our sunny terrace in the plaza. In Melassa Restaurant & Cafe Maria de la Salut everything is cooked "poc a poc" (slowly, as they say on the island).
