   A favorite restaurant of ours. And we just returned from a three week vacation in India and were eager to try new dishes. We were not disappointed! 🇮🇳

   We have been there a number of times and are always pleased. Tonight they were very busy and somehow screwed up our order, so we waited a long time before I had to ask what was going on. They did move quickly to correct the error and our meals were delicious once they arrived.

   We typically get take out at this restaurant. But just like every time we have ate in previously the service is always super friendly and the staff is well informed with dietary restrictions. This place is definitely a gem in the south end.

   It was an awesome experience having buffet in mela restaurant. The food was delicious especially the mutton curry and mango dessert

   Excellent find. We had Butter Chicken, Samosas, Pappaams, Naan, rice and a Cauliflower dish- all were excellent.

   The food was tasty and came out of the kitchen very quickly, but there seem to be three or four different people taking care of our table none of whom communicated with each other and things still apart at the end of the meal when drinks and coffee we had ordered simply never showed up

   A nice restaurant, conveniently located near theaters in the South End. The food was good, but light on vegetables. Two in our party ordered Tandoori dishes - the meat was fantastic - but there were no grilled peppers or onions, as expected. The lamb dishes were delicious, the rice was good and the garlic naan was perfect. Service was attentive. The restaurant seemed to cater to take-out, in the early evening when we were there. We would return, primarily for the convenient location.

    Excellent food and great service. Banian Bartha and Bhindi were amazing and Aloo naan was tasty.
