   Foods great! Only problem is you cannot have a conversation without yelling at each other. But we will still go back!!

   The noise level was extremely high. We have never experienced a restaurant with such a high volume. In addition to the rather high ambient noise due to the lack of any noise reducing acoustics, the music blared over a rather shoddy sound system. Instead of background music, it was rock and roll with a heavy backbeat. We were unable to converse and we could not hear the wait staff nor could she hear us. When we asked the if the volume could be reduced, management was either unable or unwilling to accommodate. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

   We have been to this restaurant several times. This time was not great. Overdressed limp salad, grainy sauce on the meat, warm-ish fries and steak that felt like they had been under a heat lamp. We remember it being much better.

   This was a disappointing experience. We’ve been a couple of times, but this wasn’t worth the cost or up to snuff. Our waiter was not very attentive. It took a very long time to get our steak and fries. A table who was sat after us received their food way before us. When ours finally arrived, it was well done when we had requested medium. We sent it back and waited for a little while again. The meat that came was still medium well, not medium. We didn’t want to wait any longer so we ate it. Our second portions were also not correct. Mine was medium to medium well but my husband’s was way more cooked, definitely medium well to well again. We were offered a complimentary dessert but overall left very disappointed especially given the price point. The service was very lackluster and we felt mostly ignored, and our steak was not the right temperature at all.

   Always a Good choice for a simple yet good dinner option. The portions are definitely smaller now. Less steak and less fries. The drinks stayed the same price but smaller glasses.

   I frequently come here with friends and family, we keep tally of where we sit. We have realized if you are sat on the side with the bar the service tends to be slower than if you are sat in the larger dinning area near the kitchen and bathrooms. The service is good over all and the food is top notch, but its been a fun experiment keeping tallys. We assume the newer staff works on the bar side of the restaurant.

   This place has gone downhill. When I ordered a medium steak I received a completely rare one and when I got the new one the fries were hard as rocks. This is the first time I’ve had an experience like this there, and it was pretty disappointing.

    We ordered a dessert, and they brought out a birthday candle! I had made a note on the reservation and they were ready! I love that!
