   Service really let this place down. Was sat waiting for my friend to arrive for 30 minutes, and they didn’t even offer me a drink. Had to flag someone down to order one and once my friend arrived, had to flag them down again after 15 minutes, meaning nobody had actually come to the table of their own accord for 45 minutes. To make it worse, it wasn’t even busy and there were several waitresses standing around on their phones, doing nothing. They need to be more attentive to their customers. The food was lovely though.

   Perfection, couldnt ask for more. Service charge could have added to the bill as we felt we wanted to tip more as an unrelated employee group ☺️

   Nice atmosphere, in a busy location (Mailbox). Feels upmarket. Prices in line with what you'd expect in a city centre. Pleasant staff.

   The only criticism was around the lack of follow up on the order of a second round of drinks… One of the team forgot so we had to follow up with another.. Other than that, all good! Will definitely come back,..

   The restaurant was cool and my food was delivered to me cooler than I would have liked and went cold quickly. The restaurant was busy but not impossible, there was a delay bringing my table's drinks. I complained at the time and the cost of a meal was taken off the bill. Overall a dissapponting experience.

   Hi Stephen , I am very sorry your visit to Medicine was a disappointment. The temperature in the terrace can be cooler on cold days , with the open access in the Mailbox.    Not the variety I had hoped for but tasted nice. Also had to go outside venue for coffee and cake. When there they seemed to have nicer options

   Been here a few times now - the menu is great and lots to choose from (including if you are vegetarian). Not the cheapest but the food tastes good!

   Very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Food was good. Thoroughly enjoyed brunch. My only criticism is that a discretionary service charge is precisely that "discretionary". Server automatically charged the service charge without checking, and we only noticed upon leaving.
