   It seemed like there was an issue with staffing at our visit. The staff were all very kind, but we didn't see them often. We waited quite some time for our food, and when it arrived it was clear it had been sitting at the window for a time. Half of the food was already cold when it got to our table. I think it would have been helpful for there to be a busser/food runner on staff to support the waitresses.

   Food was good. But when you stand at the door for several minutes and hear two servers say, "We'll be right with you..." you know it's a bad sign. Service was slow, lackadaisical, didn't follow up. The beer I ordered was flat - not "crisp and effervescent" as described on the menu. I generally like McMenamins, but I won't return to this location.

   Very unwelcoming Seemed very short staffed Food was very underwhelming for the price Drinks were terrible Wait time was terrible Will never go back as this was planned as a celebration dinner and was completely ruined because of the unfriendly staff and crappy service

   Decent food. Nice atmosphere though a bit noisy at times. Our server was the best part of the experience. Friendly and quick.

   The service and ambience were great, food above average, but the expense of the lunch was outrageous. I added chicken to my salad, $6.25, and I received 4+ small strips. We like to meet family for lunch in Wilsonville (halfway between our homes), but will need to find another location - just too expensive for the value.

   We were bummed at first that the restaurant didn’t have our reservation, after waiting about 10 minutes they had tables ready. The service and the food was so outstanding! We left very happy!

   We had a Mother’s Day lunch for six people and sat outside in a sheltered area. We have all eaten at McMenamins restaurants before, so we generally know the fare and enjoy it. Two things impressed me: first, the service was tremendous; the wait staff constantly checked with us and our waitress in particular was superb. Second, I had the best old-fashioned I’ve had in a long time, and that was based on the staff recommendation. A great place, great experience.
