    The restaurant was very busy, but the host desk made good effort to get out table ready for our 7-person reservation - only about 15 minutes behind. The service was a bit tardy because of the many patrons, but our waitress did give us plenty of attention, was very knowledgeable and friendly- We give her an A+

    Always lovely to dine at this restaurant. The reason I gave it just 4 stars was that it was understandably incredibly busy being Christmas Day. we had to wait quite awhile past our reservation time to be seated. The server despite being incredibly sweet seemed to be overwhelmed with the number of tables she was covering and tried to do a good job.

    The holiday menu was outstanding. Derrick is a fantastic waiter. The restaurant was jam packed as to be expected on Christmas Day.

    Our holiday dinners were delicious as they have always been, but what was really heartening was to see the number of people. The place was hopping and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, a flashback to earlier times! Service was great, we very much appreciate M&S being open on Christmas day!

    Food was good. Service was good, although they made some mistakes on our bill that needed to be corrected. Noise was louder than expected and it was somewhat difficult to hear our conversations.

    The service was outstanding. The entrees were disappointing. Little seafood in the Alfredo, the marinated filet was edible but odd. Not particularly tasty. Christmas special a good value. Shrimp cocktail, oysters, New England clam chowder, Calamari and desert were first rate.

    Terrible service. Cold room. Bland, unremarkable food. We gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt because it was Christmas Day but it still was terrible

    We waited 35 minutes past the time of our reservation to be seated. Staff was not apologetic, bottles of wine took 20 minutes to come, but food tasted great.
