Located in the heart of Brickell, we invite you to the participate in the magic and mysticism behind Peruvian cuisine. Elevating Peruvian classic ceviches and sushis, including our signature dish: Saqsaywaman Alpaca Tiradito, MAYU is a semi-fine dining restaurant bringing indigenous cooking techniques directly from the the Andes. Siempre q vamos es una experiencia inolvidable. Esta ve fui con mi madre y mi esposo y quedamos encantados. Pedimos unos maki de entrada y luego el clasico peruano aji de gallina, el branzino con el side de potatoes y el rissotto. Inexplicable la combinacion de sabores. De postre era unos brownies con crema de lucuma. No me.deslumbro. Pero los platos sensacionales. El team te explica con detalle absolutamente todo. Es una alegria ir al restaurante.

Great meal, great service and a fun date. We sat at the bar and had very good service from the bartender , including some help choosing cocktails and food that we were unfamiliar with. The cocktails were spot on, and quite a bargain because there is an unlimited happy hour if you are seated at the bar. We also tried and enjoyed some more exotic dishes such as the alpaca tartare. The ceviche was also just right. Highly recommended.

Spicy tuna roll as an appetizer which was delicious but the Cholo Power ceviche not so good. Service was excellent.

We arrived around when Mayu was opening for dinner service as we were the first guests there. I’m surprised this spot was as quiet as it was on a Saturday at 6pm, but perhaps we are early diners. The service here was amazing, we got everything ordered quickly, we got to pick a table on their large outdoor patio, which stayed dry even as it rained outside. The food came out promptly and the server was amazing. The food here was so vibrant, fresh, and delicious. I would absolutely dine here again.

I had an amazing lunch experience. The servers were incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The atmosphere was quiet and perfect for having a conversation without any distractions. The food was outstanding, and for the quality, the prices were excellent. I also had two drinks, and both were top-notch. I would definitely go back. highly recommend
