Our restaurant, spread across two floors, also boasts terrace seating with outdoor heating. Whilst we love families, unfortunately we are unable to allow under 18s in the venue past 21:30.

    Our adult family of six ate at Maxwells in between Harry Potter Part 1 & 2. The food was delicious, both for meat eaters and vegetarians, the portion size was great, the service was superb. The ambience was just great.

    Outstanding like always. Amazing service and we celebrated my friends birthday! The appetizers were delish and cocktails were tasty. Mac and cheese balls did not miss at all.

    Such a lovely welcome on arrival, shown to our table and water was immediately bought along with glasses. Drinks were ordered and came quickly. Food was excellent, well presented and hot. Chips were the best I have had in ages! Music was great but just a little too loud!

    My daughter (aged 31) has a nut allergy and both the waiter and manager were very helpful and reassuring. The allergen guide was easy to read and understand. Food was delicious, service and ambience wonderful for our celebration. Also, children’s menu for my 5 year old daughter very good.

    This was my first ever visit and I was thoroughly impressed. The ambience and atmosphere was great. ALL the staff members were friendly, warm, and accommodating. They were generous with allowing us to be seated earlier than booked, change to a more comfortable table and even when I was not happy with my starter dish, they changed it to a delicious prawn starter without any fuss. The staff were an absolute 10/10 and the atmosphere and restaurant was superb. I loved it and would definitely visit Maxwells again.
