Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

    Máximo es sinónimo de calidad y exquisitez. No es barato, pero lo bueno cuesta y vale cada peso que pagas, por el espectacular sabor de los alimentos

    Era una visita que me tenía muy emocionado sin embargo la comida no era lo que esperaba , no sentí el toque diferente o innovador o característico en lo que ordené y me fue molesta la atención por parte de los meseros de pedir más cosas de las que ya había ordenado , espero poder regresar pronto y pedir más del menú , igual puede ser mi error el no explorar más la carta

    Excelente ambiente y comida. Buen sitio para gente que no hablan español ya que los meseros hablan inglés perfectamente. No obstante, por el nivel de servicio en restaurantes de lujo en México, faltaban meseros y el servicio fue lento. Los precios son excesivos, sobre todo la carta de vinos.

    Felt like we had 5 different servers, didn’t know who to ask for. Ordered 4 items to share, individual plates were not offered or changed after each dish, and our plates were dirty. Guess this is not a standard. Otherwise perfect!!
