   I reserved a table for by 24th birthday celebration here at mastros in the galleria area and must I say the service was very poor! Our server Emily was very rude and passive aggressive attitude towards me and my guest on my special day. I was so disappointed leaving this restaurant words can’t describe how much I wish I would’ve booked another restaurant. This is supposed to be a 5 star steakhouse it’s more like An American upscale sports bar. I chose this restaurant specifically thinking I would enjoy the restaurant and ambience. I was highly disappointed at the unexpected service and hospitality that mastros provided. The restaurant It self was very gorgeous to the eye but not as nearly as what I expected from a 5 star restaurant .will not be recommending this place to anyone I know in the future for birthday fine dining events

   I am a regular at Mastro’s Steakhouse because it’s the perfect mix of professional and cozy. This is a truly remarkable establishment. The food is spectacular, and the service is top-notch. Everyone here consistently conducts business professionally, and they also know how to make me feel at home when I’m here with my family. I love that every time I come, there is someone to help me and treat me like family. I’m not sure if the management of this establishment has implemented this intentional policy, but it’s an outstanding practice, and I hope they keep it up. I was there yesterday (4/3) and my the service was impeccable!

   It’s always an excellent time. This was the last restaurant my mom and I went to for my birthday so it holds a special place in my heart. Absolutely love it. My meal was exquisite.

   It was an enjoyable evening. We started at the bar with a cocktail and live music. Then we moved to the table for exceptional personal service. The wine and food were outstanding!

   Fantastic service by our waiter, he was amazing, and the live music was GREAT. Was not expecting such a great performer for a Monday night, so that was a nice surprise. Food and drinks great as usual. Thank you!

   We had the pleasure of being served by Adam during our dinner to celebrate my wife’s accomplishment of passing her national exam and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Adam was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also took his time to educate us about the various dishes. His sense of humor was a highlight of the evening. Adam was also thoughtful and attentive. We’re so grateful for his outstanding service. Thank you, Adam!

    Honestly was kinda blown away, I eat at 5 star restaurants across the country and this place should not be forgotten. Sushi was amazing, steaks were perfect and the crab friend rice was elite. Oh, and the service was exceptional.
