   I’ve been coming to Mastro’s in Beverly Hill’s since 2003. I’ve always enjoyed their delicious steaks, sautéed shrimp, and more… However, this visit was a bit different; the service is always exceptional! The food is different, I ordered the porterhouse ($75)steak med well, ( a little pink) lobster Mac, Brussels sprout, Ceasar salad, and sautéed shrimp. My daughter who’s 16yr is not foreign to fine dining or dining out. She noticed and stated the steak is tough and it was very rare. Remember I said med well, the Brussels sprouts was tasteless and hard to chew. Literally no salt or pepper, dry, hard. Lobster Mac is different w/ smaller servings, Ceasar/ Sautéed shrimp was good. Meanwhile, I requested the steak (dry, chewy and raw) to be returned and got one for $95 (can’t remember what kind, but showed the difference on my receipt) subsequently, requested med well. Waited and was slightly better in taste. I ordered a chocolate martini… meh, and just know now requesting bread on the table is $5 extra- it wasn’t like that before. This use to be my favorite steakhouse; not Sure if cutting corners plays a part- but I’m a true foodie, and detect a difference. Someone did come to the table and check on my daughter and I, which I appreciated. But I’m going to sadly place Mastro’s- my #1 fav steakhouse to #10 on my list. I asked the guy in the white suit coat “did something change “ only to get yelled at stating “ WHAT HAVE CHANGED? WE ONLY REMOVED THE TOMAHAWK… TELL ME WHAT?!” I was appalled! I politely said “the taste” and quietly walked away.

   It was very awesome the people were so lovely there and the place was marvelous and the services was very good as well

   Was a great experience however on the penthouse level outside even with the heaters it was freezing and very hard to enjoy the moment overall the place was great

   Waited 40 mins to get seated even with a reservation and the waiting room was FULL of people. We finally got seated and our table was closely in between two tables so we had to walk right against those already seated. When we received our food after 40 mins and received a extremely well done steak when asked for medium rare. On top of that the steak was burnt and crunchy. Would not recommend this place, terrible costumer service and food.

   45 minute wait with reservations I know it’s a busy day seems they take too many

   Been going to Mastro’s (Beverly Hills) for 10 plus years and it has really gone downhill. Service is horrible. Mastro’s used to be a very nice experience but BOA is running laps around Mastros. Will spend my $400 - $500 elsewhere. ✌🏾

   Was originally given a terrible table where my wife was almost hit twice by the servers carrying dishes. We were moved. My steak was overcooked and when I sent it back the replacement steak was undercooked with butter (I requested no butter). Nothing from management. Poor experience. Next time, a different steakhouse.

   Had to send steak back 2 times and it still came back rare. And I mean RARE. Ordered medium. Not acceptable for high end steak house. Would except better even at an Italian restaurant. Very disappointed. Our last visit to this location.
