   Our server name is Jade and she was very kind and attentive, our food was good but it wasn’t served hot. They forgot to butterfly my husband’s pork chop. The manager took some items off of our table and gave us some hot food to go. Over all it was a great experience and the food was good just not served hot. Thankfully they still took care of us .

   An incredible experience for my birthday dinner with friends. The food, service and attention to detail is why this is one of the best restaurants in the US. From the minute you arrive; you’re treated with the utmost care and genuine friendliness. Literally, the hostess to the bar service, greeting from their GM, table service and awesome food & wine….simply can’t be beat. A big thank you to Sierra who is just an amazing person. Don’t forget to get the butter cake to finish your experience. You will love it. My 2 cents. Greg T.

   I love Mastros! It’s one of if not my favorite steakhouse! They never disappoint! Celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was amazing!

   I want to love my neighborhood Mastro's but it never rises to the occasion. This has an excellent ambience but the food is horrible. Yes, horrible . For reference we are people that go on a random weekday. I went to Steak 48 - whole level upgrade everything you anticipate. The Houston City Mastro's -great!. The Woodlands restaurant is sub par. Perry's in the woodlands gives you constant great quality food and good vibes. I cannot recommend this place out of all the other options for consistent food,service ambience for the price..

   We chose Mastro's to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. We had a wonderful time. My server, Audra, was really great! I would surely ask for her again. The steaks were seasoned and cooked perfectly, but the sides did not wow us at all. The creamed corn and brussel sprouts both needed salt. The mac and cheese and garlic mashed potatoes were just fine. The ambiance was beautiful, and the bathroom was clean and bright, perfect for photos! The only take a way from the event was the host calling to confirm the reservation and, while doing so, explains how gratuity is paid. I'm not sure why she felt the need to tell me that, but it was very off-putting. All in all, we had a great time and I would visit again.

   Came to Mastro’s for a bachelor party/dinner. Staff treated us excellent and took the time to learn what we wanted and excellent recommendations. Been here previously and they continue to uphold a wonderful ambiance and lifestyle.
