    We have been to Madtro’s several times. Steaks and sides were great except for the onion ring special which were some of the worst I’ve ever had. Also all martinis’s were great except for my espresso martini which had no froth which normally means the espresso was not fresh. Overall a great experience.

    We waited over 20 minutes after being sat to even get water. My husband had to get up and go get someone. Slow to get drinks throughout dinner and mine was forgotten. I had to ask. Food was good. Start to finish dinner ended up being nearly 3 hours. Overall not a good experience and won’t be back.

    Very good all around dining experience. The one thing you should get rid of is the bathroom attendant. I really don’t need someone to turn the water on put soap in my hand and hand me a drying towel. Feels like I am back in the 70’s and why would I tip for something like that….

    Poor main waiter service. Lacking management. Offered to take off the one poorly cooked steak and gave us free dessert. BUT the main server and manager made us feel uncomfortable. The dining experience was ruined.

    We have never had such an awful experience. Took 2 hours to get dinner and it was cold. Definitely the worst dining experience we have ever had.

    Our dining experience was beyond disappointing. The service was unprofessional and the manager changed our server mid meal. Our food was undercooked and it was a birthday dinner and dessert was not offered. Knowing that the dinner was a celebration, they took no care of where they sat us. They placed us in the middle of 3 large parties. We definitely did not enjoy the dining experience that the restaurant promises....

    Tucker did an amazing job! He gave us great recommendations and provided excellent service. Filets, salads, sides, drinks and dessert all excellent!
