    Very disappointed. We been going to Mastros the past 10 years and celebrating our anniversary and requested a window seat weeks in advance and did not get where we wanted to get seated but other people were seated in a window seating. Again, not 3-4 people but 2 people. So disappointed, manager said he’d some back and never came back to check on us. I will be going back to Thousand Oaks.

    We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Mastro‘s and had a wonderful time. The live music was exceptional. The entire Team delivered a top notch evening of food and gracious service from the moment we walked in to when we left. It’s near to impossible to have a bad experience at Mastro’s. Great way to kick off 2025.

    The service was decent, but due to the holiday I think they were a little understaffed. The bread came out with mold on it, which they did apologize for and gave us a $15 credit. But still at a restaurant like this it was disappointing to have this kind of service and moldy bread.

    Consistently excellent food and service!! Ari our waiter was excellent and Talia placed us at a nice round table (8 of us) in a prime location. We were celebrating 3 birthdays and had a wonderful experience! Thank you!

    It has been more than 1 year since we have dined at Mastros and we decided to treat ourselves over the holidays. It was an absolutely fantastic experience as always. The ambiance, food and service were excellent. We had the 22 oz ribeye, 10 oz A5 wagyu NY strip, 3 pound lobster special and mushrooms. They were all delicious. The service by Nick, Gabriel and crew were excellent. I highly recommend Mastros and we will back again.
