   We visit Mastros City Hall very regularly - the food, the atmosphere, the drinks, everything is consistently amazing. Last night we went as a family (myself, my father, my husband, and our adult daughter). We sat at the bar with Cristian (bartender extraordinaire) and had the most wonderful dinner. He is absolutely the best guy there with the best heart and the best stories and drinks. We had a small issue with dinner - but Jeff the manager had it resolved efficiently and nicely. It is a pleasure for us to know these two fine gentlemen. They both went beyond any expectation for us amd we had the best night.

   Fantastic food and good service - the dining room was too crowded however. Our chairs were constantly getting bumped by staff as they served the table around us.

   Mastro's ALWAYS delivers. Love it here. This was for my son's 16th birthday and they went over the top to make him feel special and even customized our menus to call out his birthday. We rolled the dice on trying a starter that unfortunately did not land for us, and they graciously took it off the bill. Our steaks were amazing, the butter cake to die for. All good just great. Their chopped wedge salad is the best out there. Service was outstanding. They are the reason we drive to Scottsdale for a steak and great meal.

   It was our anniversary and let me start by saying the food and our server was 5 stars all way. It was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk across our small table, there were a couple a few table away from us that were super loud and obnoxious. They complained about everything from food, service, how people were dressed, they were elderly couple and it spilled over on to our evening. We don’t even stay for desert , we left right after our main course. Really sad that we didn’t get the experience we were hoping for. Will def have a redo of our 6th year anniversary but maybe a diff place.

   “A Michelin star… for noise, maybe?” Dining at Mastro’s City Hall Scottsdale was like attending a rock concert in a vacuum of flavor. The ambiance screamed “fine dining meets frat house,” with decibels high enough to drown out my own thoughts. If you’re into lip-reading your dinner companions, this is the spot for you. As for the food? Let’s just say it’s perfect for anyone on a no-flavor diet. The dishes had all the charisma of a beige wall—beautifully plated, utterly bland. Even the bread felt like it had given up on life. The staff, meanwhile, seemed more interested in reenacting an episode of Vanderpump Rules than, you know, doing their jobs. And the cherry on top? They tried to charge us for drinks that we allegedly ordered but never saw. When we pointed this out, they gaslit us like pros, insisting we had consumed them in some alternate universe. Mastro’s, if I wanted to pay top dollar to feel ignored, confused, and cheated, I’d go back to college.
