    Wonderful attentive service. When a group beside us was being loud and blaring FaceTime calls the hostess sensed our unease and moved us somewhere more private quickly and seamlessly. This attention to customer service is almost unparalleled nowadays. Food was excellent also!

    ABSOLUTELY fabulous establishment — this is our second time going and they did not fail to impress us once again. Each dish was a work of art, in both flavor and aesthetic, and delicious! It is our favorite place, and the service was lovely and welcoming. Our waitress was also amazing and very accommodating. Definitely recommend, and will be going back soon.

    I took my girlfriend to Masaki for her birthday as she is a big sushi lover. I am not a fan of sushi at all, and cannot stand the all you can eat sushi places around here. A quick google search and I discovered Masaki, figured it was worth a shot given it’s in beautiful NOTL. Honestly, AMAZING! She loved it. And even I love it. Our server was very kind, helpful, and patient. The dishes we chose were INCREDIBLE (the seared nigiri was off the charts!) We will definitely be back! Gone forever are my days of taking one for the team at the all you can eat sushi places ✌️

    We ordered tuna and avocado tartar and sashimi. Fish was amazing: fresh and tasty. Our server was very attentive to our needs. It's a bit pricey, but really good.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Masaki. We had a pleasant and knowledgeable server who made great recommendations. The saki cocktails were excellent and every single dish was bursting with flavour. The restaurant is rather brightly lit and a bit austere in decor, but otherwise we enjoyed every aspect of our experience.

    Top notch food! Same goes for the service from Minh! Manager Yoshi popped in to say Hi. All in all fabulous evening: our friends from Toronto were VERY impressed for their first time & are talking about coming back! Thank you Masaki team! Always a delight to dine there: you never let me down!
