   The service was good at the beginning then rapidly deteriorated . Once we got starters the server never returned to take the main course order or even check on us or fill up our water. We were completely ignored while the server was totally involved with other tables. When we spoke with the manager/owner he apologized and did endeavor to compensate us but this was only after he said they were very busy.This is not an excuse any patron wants to hear! The point of writing this is the disappointment of the evening as this was a special occasion ruined by this experience.

   The appetizers were excellent but the 10 ounce rib steaks (5 of us ordered the rib steaks) were not bone-in, were very dry with no marbling and over-charged. The demi glacé saved them. The hamburger and chicken dishes were good. Desserts were good.

   Service was superb. Food good, fresh and served hot. I was given the opportunity to sample a wine I didn't order as suggested by the server. Nice touch!

   Superb food in an intimate setting. The steak was tender and prepared to our precise preferences. The portion of fries that came with all our orders was enormous. Service was helpful and professional. The air conditioninh was a bit too strong for where we were sitting.

    Great restaurant, they know how to grill their meats. Great service, attentive to the patrons, They pace the dishes between appetizers and entrees appropriately. Excellent overall.
