Market Bistro will open from 11.30am 7 days a week, offering a classic “bistro style” menu featuring house made pasta, and a great selection of dry aged meats and a bunch of export quality local seafood.

Our wine list will be interesting, constantly evolving and feature predominantly Australian and New Zealand producers.

A unique feature of the Bistro is the fact you can walk into & purchase wine from the Wine Store for retail prices then drink it in the Bistro (for a small corkage fee.)

Market Bistro will be a stylish, casual restaurant that is not stuffy or pretentious... It is professional, casual & truly local.

    For groups of 10 or more at Market Bistro we require you to choose from one of our Chefs Selection menus. We offer two courses with accompanying sides for $80 per person or three courses for $95 per person. Friday and Saturday evenings are a minimum of three courses with all other times an option of two or three courses. Additional menu add on options are available below.     The food is good, had the Morton Bay Bug spaghetti, nice but needed a little something to give it a kick. Oysters Kilpatrick delicious, fires always good.

    All our food was Fabulous! We had the delicious flatbread with French onion dipping sauce which was so good and all tried the Tuna Lasagne, something I never thought of having but it was very good! Great service and lovely relaxed dining experience.

    Just an amazing experience, I don’t believe in perfection but it was pretty bloody close! Well done to the whole team. There was 12 of us and the service and food was flawless.

    We had a group of 15 women attend a ladies lunch. Many of us had the lunch special of Pumpkin and Ravioli lasagna scroll with burn sage butter. I would have like a little more of the burnt butter. The service was wonderful and very attentive.

    Cannot fault the service. Very attentive and thoughtful, particularly in relation to 2 of our party having special needs. A nice range of choices on the menu, the Moreton bay bug pasta was very tasty. Very comfortable seating and well positioned tables, not too close to your neighbours. A great addition to the Sunshine Coast dining scene and well worth a visit. However, note it is not a budget meal.
