   First time at this restaurant would easily go back again. Food was great and the atmosphere was very, very nice. Nice to go to a dinner place. We could actually have conversations and not have a too loud.

   Very upbeat fun place to have dinner. Indoor outdoor restaurant with indoor outdoor bar. Food was good and there’s a nice wine list. Service was also quite good. I will return and I recommend.

   The restaurant is not busy at lunch, but the service and the food is outstanding. The short rib ravioli was excellent and ther tiramisu is homemade.

   First visit to Marino's and we were not disappointed. We stopped in with family to celebrate early Xmas dinner. Had a reservation and were seated in timely fashion. The restaurant setup is nice and open with plenty of seating both inside and out. We were seated at a nice comfy booth that accommodated our party of five. We were greeted by our server Natasha, who was very pleasant and engaged. Being our first visit, we had several questions for her and she was very helpful in offering up suggestions. We heard so much about the short ribs being so delicious that we ordered both the entree and the ravioli versions. These dishes did not disappoint! The meat just fell off the bone on the entree and the mushroom sauce with the ravioli was absolutely amazing. Also tried the Pesto tortellini and that was pretty good too. They have full bar and were able to make my husband's favorite Kentucky Mule that was fantastic. So glad we tried some place new and will add this to our list of faves!

   The restaurant was freezing. It was 60 degrees and every window and door were open, plus the air conditioning was on.. You have to wear a parka in order to enjoy your dinner and enjoy eating food that gets cold the minute it arrives. The managers were young and disrespectful when we tried to communicate to them. We left and will never be back unless there is a change to the management staff and treatment of guests. They responded publicly to this post with inaccurate info and never took responsibility. It shows their lack of ownership to manage this restaurant and take care of guests. The right thing to do was to say I’m sorry you were so uncomfortable and cold. We should have tried to listen to what you were saying and not escalate the situation by making you feel more uncomfortable or disrespected. Perhaps we could have sat you by a heater since we had a relatively empty restaurant or made an attempt to close a window or door. We have LEARNED from this experience and APOLOGIZE.

   Hi Michelle! After showing up late to your reservation, we made multiple efforts to try and accommodate you at various locations in the restaurant. You then became abusive towards my staff - something I will not tolerate. I appreciate you leaving once you were told security was going to be called.

    Looking for a quick bite to eat and we liked the more novel options of this Italian restaurant. It was busy, but service was attentive and we were quickly brought our drinks and fritto misto to share. I really loved my cocktail the Lemon Grant with vodka ginger syrup orange and lemon juice. My husband’s pasta carbonara and my grilled octopus salad were deliciously different and well prepared. They brought us an additional appetizer of mussels by mistake and then allowed us to keep them -so a nice touch! Since they were diablo they were a bit spicy for me- but we enjoyed a few. Will probably go back for pizza while we are on this trip, as our neighbor’s pizzas looked delicious:-)
