   What a great way to celebrate New Year’s Eve!! The food choose was amazing, the service was great, the view was fantastic and the organization impeccable!!!

   The location was the best. The food, not so much For $3500 MXN per person it was obvious we were paying for the location and not the food. The soup that was served barely covered the bottom of the bowl and so a spatula would have been more useful that the soup spoon that was provided. The lobster tail was dry, tough and chewy. No butter was served on the side so it was inedible. The woman singer did nothing to enhance the festive atmosphere of the evening. Her voice was weak and boring at best and at worst when singing ABBA's Dancing Queen. That said, being able to see the drone show and fireworks displays from a front row seat was the highlight of the evening.

   This was recommended to us, and so glad we went. You eat and drink in a shallow pool! They give you a bag to keep your shoes in, and then hang them on a hook by your table. We were overlooking the Malecón and an incredible view of the ocean. We shared a guac and chips (good but big chunks of avocado seemed like it was rushed), I got 3 flavor tacos (shrimp, fish and octopus - truly the best and most enhanced with the sauces), and spouse got fish of the day (the red snapper was good but just a mess to get the fish off the bone). Recommend this as an experience meal in Puerto Vallarta. (Pro tip: if you get lunch, just get a drink and an appetizer. If you get dinner, plan it around sunset as that is what would do next time.)

   Great experience at Mar Y Vino for dinner. Tried for Lunch and had the Snapper and it was divine, went back for dinner and menu was slightly different. Same wonderful experience with heavier entree selections. Best dining we have had in PV and we prefer higher quality experiences. We are going again for lunch before we leave, the Snapper was amazing and should also be on the Dinner menu.

   Best sea bass I've ever had. It was so buttery. The ambience was fantastic. The sunset was spectacular. The violist was incredible. Loved every minute. Definitely going back. Highly recommended. Siobhan

   🌊 Had an absolutely magical dinner experience tonight with my wife at Mar Y Vino in Puerto Vallarta! Imagine dining with your feet in a shallow pool while watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. The unique "pool dining" concept combined with panoramic ocean views made for an unforgettable evening. Those white carved chairs are actually IN the water - such a creative way to keep cool while enjoying fine dining! We were welcomed with a tropical drink before being seated, and we were treated to music from a fantastic soloist who created a wonderful mood all evening long. The unexpected fireworks display over the beach was the perfect cherry on top! The food was absolutely delicious (lobster for my wife and bacon-wrapped shrimp for me) and the portions were just the right size. This has to be one of Puerto Vallarta's most unique dining spots. Talk about dinner with a splash! 💦 And yes, our feet stayed prune-free throughout the entire meal - though we wondered if the same could be true for the staff. Thanks for the recommendation from our friend. And thanks to Mar Y Vino for the first class experience. Without question, tonight’s dinner venue was one of the highlights of our Puerto Vallarta vacation.     Amazing ambience! Great menu selection. awesome drinks. The bread that came with dinner was lovely. The highlight was definitely the electric violinist playing all these songs that everyone knew! We really enjoyed our feet in the water and gorgeous dinner and view!!
