Major Tom is elevated yet approachable, excellent and at ease, confident and gracious. The food, the room, and the service capture the sophistication and glamour of mid-century New York penthouse life, and you feel instantly at home. We maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect, and we do this while being down-to-earth, lively, playful, quirky, fun, and full of personality.

    Went for my anniversary dinner here and we were both absolutely blown away by the food, the service, and ambiance. This is a beautiful restaurant where our wait staff were fast and attentive. If you give Major Tom a chance you won't regret the bill.

    We visited Major tom with high expectations, as we were really excited to try it out. Unfortunately, our experience didn't quite meet those expectations. While the ambiance, service were good, we found the food quantity to be quite small for the price. The options on the menu were limited, and the overall taste was just average, leaving us a bit underwhelmed. We feel that for the cost, the value could have been better, either with larger portions or improved flavor and variety. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback into account, as it has great potential.

    It was absolutely lovely, and the servers were great they accommodated my requests in the reservation I’m extremely happy with the service!

    Our waiter had a table of 6 beside us. They were very demanding and high maintenance. Which left us ignored. Luckily other servers brought our drinks and food as they were ready. Our waiter brought us nothing. We waited 20 minutes to have our table cleared. I kind of wanted dessert but we just got our bill and left in case we never saw him again!

    Well done Major Tom, Well done! You have done great here I never even knew a place like this existed in Calgary and I can say that you have earned a repeat customer with myself. I could have not made my girlfriend's birthday a better success. I will be sharing with everyone I know that you have to try Major Tom you will not be unpleased, Congrats to doing it right.
