The food, the room, and the service capture the sophistication and glamour of mid-century New York penthouse life, and you feel instantly at home.     I anlways enjoy drinks and food at Major Tom’s. Beautiful views with a great drink selection and a high quality, well curated food menu. The esthetic- its furniture and finishings transport you to a luxe New York lounge that has a sense of exclusivity and class. It will continue to be a spot I frequent with friends, family, etc.

    We don’t want this review to put people off from booking. Nothing off putting happened to us it was just our personal view. The view was incredible. The bar restaurant is beautiful but we found it to be pretentious. The view aside there are much better bars ( and better value) in Calgary. We fell for the hype and overall were underwhelmed. I see why people think it’s fab but if you want a view go up the Tower and get your cocktails on 17th. Cleaver bar is exceptional. We were visiting Calgary for 1 day before moving onto Banff. We are from Oxfordshire UK and see a lot of bars like Major Toms and we were looking for something different so were disappointed to find there was nothing that made it stand out.

    The dining experience at Major Tom Calgary was truly exceptional, with food that rivals any Michelin-starred restaurant. The staff was highly professional and incredibly helpful, making the visit even more memorable. Hats off to the management team for their outstanding efforts.     Our waiter was exceptional. Food was fantastic and overall experience was great. One thing that is important ti keep in mind is that all sides on steaks are purchased separately from the steak itself. This results in a much higher overall bill. This shouldn’t be a deterrent as the experience was great but should be known knowledge. Overall very pleased with my time.

    We had a great time celebrating our anniversary here. The food was great, the cocktails were amazing, and we enjoyed the atmosphere! We will definitely be back.
