    I arrived to be informed that the kitchen was closed for renovations and that the booking shouldn’t have been accepted. When I checked afterwards this site is still accepting bookings for Thai restaurant What’s the point of this app if its restaurants treat their customers like this ?

    Maisie’s staff went above and beyond to look after me and my friends for one of their birthdays. The food was so tasty and great value for money. We really enjoyed ourselves and you were all so kind and helpful. Thank you for the delicious cocktails too!!

    Went in to a booked table for 8 for my graduation night that had only 5 chairs on it when sat. We were walked to our table so the staff could have seen we were low on chairs. It was busy and other customers may have taken them but when asking others for chairs nobody was sitting on we couldn’t get them. Waited a half hour to get served two drinks which were very expensive. It was Halloween night and it was busy with the likes of it. But worst of all, there was only about a quarter of the people there who were of drinking age. They were quite young, with a girl I recognised to be 15 years old!

I can straight away say that all guests that arrive at the door are asked for ID, unfortunately there is no way of us to make sure that the ID given actually belongs to the guest in question.     Staff extremely rude, food really bad for the price of it. Not child friendly at all (no high chair).

    Lovely place and staff are so friendly and helpful. Was a quiet night in there for a change but the atmosphere and everything is fab as always. Definitely calling again and would recommend to everyone.
