   The service is very slow, next to terrible. They charge a 20%gratuity on every customer and we were only a party of 2. When we asked for our check, the waitress did not present a check, only the credit card machine to pay with an option to add a tip. When I asked for a paper check, I noticed that gratuity was already added. Very unethical. Poor service, below average food.

   Unfortunately my experience was not great and it wasn’t necessarily the restaurants fault. An accident occurred that caused the restaurant not to be able to cook hot food because they couldn’t use gas to cook. And we were told this as we were ready to order dinner. We were able to get some gumbo which was good by the way and a salad. So disappointed that they still charged a 20% gratuity on my bill and I had to pay $20 for valet parking. I’m not sure if I’m willing to give them another chance. Haven’t decided if I will be back.

   Everything was great! The atmosphere, food, service and drinks were amazing! Amber was an awesome server. We will most definitely be back!

   The atmosphere was wonderful. The service was spectacular and the food was superb. I did not have a cocktail, but the bar looks amazing. Oh yes, with the right seat, your view will be the Mississippi River, the old bridge, and the new bridge.

   Fried chicken and fried fish were tasty. The greens were really good too. My husband and I were there for his birthday. No special birthday anything was offered. The waiter also cash out our ticket very early. We didn’t even tell her we were ready for the check. They didn’t give us a chance to want more cocktails or even dessert. We also went there on a Friday at 12:30. We were the only people in there until about 1pm when another party came in to be seated.
