Generando un hotspot a una cocina franca sin pretensión, pero con realce culinario.

Una propuesta que viaja desde aperitivos españoles, conchas y pescas de cultivo del norte de nuestro país con preparaciones locales y orientales, cortes a baja temperatura y a la brasa, calidad High Choice. Sin dejar a un lado la oferta vegana creativa de nuestro chef, platillos como el faux foie de lenteja especiado, el canelón de calabacín con hongos y trufa o los noddles de alga kelp y mantequilla de nuez de la india dejan sin duda una sorpresa para nuestros invitados.

    Fuimos a cenar por año nuevo y honestamente no estaban preparados. El servicio fue lentísimo, cada plato se tardaba aproximadamente 25 mins en llegar, abusaron del aforo y estaban poniendo más mesas a las 11:30 pm y en general se vieron rebasados. La comida quizás sabía bien pero obvio todo llegó frío por la lentitud del servicio.

    La comida fría, pero se entiende ya que al ser cena de Año Nuevo y estar lleno tuvieron que servir todas las mesas al mismo tiempo. Los meseros aunque insuficientes muy amables, el lugar muy bonito y excelente ambiente.

    New year's event in Madre Roof was disappointing due to many reasons: 1) service: the place was understaffed, they couldn't manage the orders and I had to be constantly going to the bar to ask for drinks myself as the waiter forgot our orders several times 2) facilities: the heaters were not working properly, I had to ask more than 3 times to the staff to check them which translates into more than 1 hour and a half dealing with cold and standing very often to ask for help once and again, very uncomfortable for a new year's event. 3) organization: grapes and champagne were served really last minute (11:58!) In a rush, all messy and clearly trying to deal with more than 40 customers per waiter. 4) food: For 3500 per person, you'll get food that is far away from that quality level. Main dish meat was chewy and difficult to eat. Considering other options around the area for the same price (such as Blanco Colima) I would not recommend Madre Roof, at least for new year celebrations

    Nos gustó mucho porque no está tan abarrotado como Madre Café. Puedes platicar a gusto en un ambiente más tranquilo (al menos por la tarde que fue la hora en la que estuvimos).

    I reserved in advanced and emphasized some comments for the purpose of my visit but seems that they don't pay attention to the notes or remarks when we did the reservation I recommend if you have some demands call them to confirm.

    La comida muy buena , precio y calidad aceptable pero Para mi gusto , muy aburrido , la luz muy baja , La Música muy baja , la coctelería no me gustó (probé varios ) pero hace falta equilibrar los cocteles.
