   Amazing experience at Mabu for New Year's Eve (and my husband's birthday !). We had the four course special menu and every single course was DIVINE. To start was a delicious cauliflower bisque, then I had some glazed carrots, the best coq au vin Ive had in a decade, and finished with a phenomenal creme brulee. My husband had the rack of lamb and said it was so tender and flavorful -he was definitely covertly trying to lick his plate. Ryan, our server was excellent as well. We are so happy we celebrated here!!!

   We were here for the prix fix menu on NYE. From soup to the main entree, the food was delicious. Desserts were fine, but not up to standards of the other dishes. I'd suggest going somewhere else if you are fussy about your sugar intake :-) Courses came out appropriately; service was top notch. Appreciate that this is a BYO and does not charge an obnoxious 'corking' fee. Delightful evening...thank you!

   It is our Christmas Eve tradition to do dinner out as a couple and Mabu was new to us for dinner. It certainly did not disappoint! 12/10 would go back again. The food was sensational and the service was superb! What a great date night to just spend together as a couple.

   Have been to Mabu Kitchen several times and have loved it. We made a reservation and showed up on time. Server greeting us indicated we had no reservation but then acknowledged the system indicated we were already seated. He offered us a table in front of the entry door. Temp was under 39 degrees so we declined. There were three other empty tables for two but we were told they were taken. We did not want to sit in front of the door so thanked them and left,

   I'm so sorry about your experience. Our server is new and still learning our check-in system, so apologies for the mix-up when you arrived. As per your table, it was the only one available as were were fully booked that evening. As a tiny space, we don't have a lot of options for seating adjustments on the fly when we have a full-house planned, unfortunately. Even so, we regret not being able to accommodate you and will try and be more mindful of our seating placement on cold nights. We would love to make it up to you with a comped meal on a quieter night--I will reach out with details.    Great service and awesome food. It’s BYOB and it’s pretty small so be sure to make reservations. I will be returning!

   What a neighborhood gem!! Food is expertly prepared and so tasty. We shared beet salad and then I had the Mushroom Shepherds pie and my husband had the Ratatouille. We shared a bagette and both had in house made desserts- the chocolate mousse- like one and the cheesecake- so light and not too sweet. I couldn’t even finish it. It’s a BYOB - plenty of food but we’re not big eaters. Romantic Atmosphere and our server was so pleasant and helpful. Will return. Reasonable prices for CC.

    Dinner was delicious and they are very adept at serving gluten free meals. I love to dine there but the live music in the small venue is overwhelming.
