   My partner and I decided to check this place out due to the ambiance which was pretty good but from the moment that we walked in, the customer service was subpar. It began at the hostess desk; the hostess not only did not greet us during check in but she literally grabbed the menus and walked off without even telling us that we should be following her. She was mute the entire time. She then proceeded to sit us at a table behind tall plants which was asinine bc I’m sure that everyone comes for the views especially with it being a rooftop. I ordered the burger which was clearly a frozen patty with literally not even a pinch of salt/pepper. The truffle fries tasted like they were fried in old oil but the bacon on the burger was nice and crispy so I guess that counts for something and my partner enjoyed her quesadilla. The glasses for our lemon drops were sticky and just ddnt give clean overall. I mainly saw the staff standing around either on their phones or laughing and chatting. Very little attentiveness to the customer’s needs imo. I would not frequent this place again. Overhyped and overpriced for what you get. The music was good. If you just check this place out, I’d only go for the drinks, ambiance and vibes.

   Really great experience! Initially the music was entirely too loud, but it evened out as the night went on. Food and drink were super good and appropriate for the price. The environment is so nicely designed and open. Really courteous and conscientious staff. We will definitely be back.

   The view was great and the staff was very nice! The only downside was we had a reservation for one of the couches/lounge area and people kept standing very close to our table blocking our view of the water. Another party (without a reservation) tried to put some of their drinks on our table and a jacket on the couch. The overall experience was great, I’d just suggest M Bird to consider a way to better highlight when a table/couch is reserved.

   A beautiful space, rooftop, they were very accommodating and easy to deal with. It was a great celebratory vibe, which is what we were looking for. We had some food and drinks and stayed for about two hours, around sunset.

   Thought this would be a more high end experience but music was way too loud at 6:30pm. The drinks were all too sweet and I ordered a martini instead but it came out warm. The view was nice but the ambiance was not such where you could have a conversation. The outdoors would have been nice but it was way too dark and no table lights.

   Good for apps and drinks. We were seated by an AC unit which wasn’t great. Service was ok but not great. Food was pretty good.

    Nice view & atmosphere. Celebrated my birthday here and we really enjoyed it. Everything was superb from making reservations til the end of the dining.
