   The best restaurant in Birmingham. We go there after our w/end @ the UTILIA Arena. Amazing food & lovely atmosphere. Food is the best. Worth every penny

   Second visit here and again outstanding service and the food was amazing brilliant service and atmosphere was great definitely recommend and can’t wait to return.drinks very nice and the service team very polite and friendly and helpful with anything on the menu we were not sure about.

   One of the worst dining experiences of my life. Was expecting a nice dinner with great ambience to celebrate my 5 year anniversary with my partner. Unfortunately we were left with nothing but disappointment. We notified the restaurant prior to our booking to let them know that we were running 5 mins late, we still arrived within out grace period when asked to be seated inside the lady at reception responded saying that because we didn't arrive on time they have given up our table, we explained that we rang up before hand to explain we were running late and still arrived with grace period in which she responded with "There's nothing we can do about it, I am sorry". At this point we should have just left, however due to us being very hungry we decided to just carry on and the lady offered us seating in the landing area near reception. There were other people sat there as well, and given the situation we accepted this. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse, we were neglected the whole time, it took myself to physically call the waiter to take our order multiple times, give us the menu, condiments, drink ect. There was a lack on initiation of any service and was only when prompting It felt like we were not part of the restaurant, and essentially paid for overpriced food and had a takeaway on the edge of the main dining room. Our main entertainment was watching drunk diners leave the restaurant. I will never go back and will highly recommend to avoid this resturants at all cost. If you're looking for a nice, high end Chinese restaurant I suggest you go to Tattoo! We may as well have ordered a Chinese takeaway and ate at home as it basically felt like that at 5x times the cost.

   Good food and the atmosphere is nice but portion sizes were quite small for the price. A nice place for a date night and dinner with friends though.

   My bestfriend and I had an amazing time at the bottomless brunch at Lulu Wild! The atmosphere was incredible, the staff were attentive and the food and drink… insanely good! The service was so quick, and if you want boujee pictures and an amazing experience - this is the place to be! I had the duck spring rolls for starter and the spicy king prawn main, and it was phenomenal. Washed down with the best lychee martinis ever! We’re definitely coming back!

   Great venue for any occasion. Service was impeccable. Celebrating a birthday they are happy for you to bring balloons and cake x quality food and a great selection of drinks.

    The food was served cold, and the drinks, which should have arrived first, were brought only after the meal. On top of that, the music was excessively loud, making the experience even less enjoyable. Having visited this place multiple times before, this was by far the worst experience.
