Food was subpar. Undercooked. Bland; dressing was just bread and celery-no spice. Atmosphere was not a pleasant dining experience because servers were extremely rushed. This meal was so disappointing that it turned us off to returning.

Reservation for 4:30, seated at 5. This was for Thanksgiving dinner. Overbooked, long wait line and extremely noisy. Plenty of food on the plate but it was lukewarm but good. The waitress was friendly and very efficient. Last year’s Thanksgiving was much more pleasant. Don’t think we will do Lucky Dill again for Thanksgiving. It felt institutional.

We went for the Thanksgiving Dinner, our first time to not cook a holiday meal at home, and our table of four was sorely disappointed. The food quality was surprisingly not up to Lucky Dill’s usual standards. The food had a “straight from the can taste,” hardly cooked and barely seasoned. Well, except for the one slice of the turkey on my plate that was burnt, with a charred taste, and was not edible. Our server, Phillip, on the other hand, was very good. And in all fairness, I need to share that we didn’t bring this to his or the manager’s attention, recognizing that the employees were working hard to serve everyone. We wouldn’t do a holiday dinner there again, but we do believe the poor quality was simply the result of cooking such large quantities for the holiday crowd. So we will go back for a non-holiday meal. Now we know.

Atrocious. Will never be back for thanksgiving. I got ONE plate, and then an hour later they come back asking about dessert. They charged an outrageous price (36 per person), LIED, and I left this supposed all you can eat, still hungry. Honestly I can’t imagine how it could have been worse.

I Thanksgiving dinner was terrible. We ate here last year for Thanksgiving. Food was great. Service was great this time. The food was cold. Stuffing dry what a waste of money. I felt bad because I made the reservations thinking it was going to be good again. This time will not be back anytime soon, it took forever to get our drinks on Thanksgiving. The only had one bartender ordered drinks for after dinner had to cancel.

They were slammed but seated us within 5 minutes of our reservation time. Our wait person, Jen, was a gem. She was so busy but made you feel as though you were her only customers. We hit the fantastic bakery after dinner, which was so good, for extra goodies. Happy Thanksgiving!

I think this will be my last time ever eating at Lucky Dill. It has fallen so far down from what it used to be. My Mom and I went there for Thanksgiving day. They tried to seat us at a small table in the middle of our area and then acted inconvenienced when we asked if we could have a booth that just needed to be cleared. Service was great, considering the circumstances of a very busy holiday rush. Food ranged from good to average. This was the standard turkey meal. The turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and yams were tasty. The green beans, dinner roll and pie were "meh". What was especially disappointing is that Lucky Dill had done away with the old "dessert bar" that they used to offer on holidays. Also, the pie choices were uninspired - disappointed that pecan pie wasn't an option. My pumpkin pie needed whipped cream - it was pretty bland. My Mom's cherry pie had a pit in it and she was lucky that it didn't damage her dental work. For context, I've eaten at Lucky Dill for years and years now, so when I say I'm not going to be in a hurry to ever go there again, you might get a sense of the drop-off in quality.
