   We just had dinner at Luci’s for our anniversary and we put all 5 stars because its true, we are from Italy and we have to say the food was perfect especially the pasta carbonara and aglio e olio were made perfectly al dente as we requested and also made as suppose to be! Finally found a place ! Service was very good with their timing in bringing out the food and explaining everything, they also prepared a nice anniversary cake for us! Manager and chef stopped at the table to say hi , We definitely come back to try other dishes but….congratulations amazing food , good service beautiful location Grazie !

   I feel like, based on the crowd tonight at 7pm on a Saturday, this is an undiscovered treasure. Good food. Amazing service. Nice atmosphere. Interesting menu options. Try it out.

   When visiting the area last summer we tried the restaurant and loved it so much we went back the next night. We were back in the area last week and we were so excited to be able to go back. As soon as we walked in we could sense something was different starting with the hostess. We were told by the server that the restaurant was no longer steak/seafood but Italian. Ok, we love Italian but when perusing the menu there is nothing that is really appealing which is tough with Italian. Our server also not trained for fine dining. When you order a bottle of wine she gives you the deer in the headlights look and asks you to point it out. We also ordered a half bottle of champagne to start and the glasses they gave us were a cheap glass product. Not ideal for an excellent champagne. We ordered and I finally chose something that would suffice and the server tells me it’s no longer on the menu….yet it’s on the menu. I won’t detail the food but nothing was well prepared. What was really irritating was the manager was sitting with a table of customers doing everything to impress them but ignoring the rest of the restaurant. It was SO disappointing. When we were ready to leave the manager gets up to ask how it was. We told him everything that I’ve said here and more. We own a fine dining restaurant and there’s nothing worse than guests telling you everything is fine and then writing a bad review. To our surprise the manager was very proud of the operation as he took over in the fall and all the changes are his doing. He took a terrific restaurant and turned it into a very bad one. The worst thing of all was his way of responding to our criticism was to throw the server under the bus. While she had issues the problems go far beyond her. I was told ownership has not changed so I’d suggest the owners take a look at their investment and perhaps review their management.

    Beautiful restaurant. Food was just mediocre. Complimentary bread was two sweet and dry hamburger buns-not impressed. Caesar salad was chilled/ ordered shrimp and lobster fra Diavlo without spice as marinara. It came out peppery with no other flavor. The lobster and shrimp were tender and tasty. Shrimp Scampi was very good. Ordered Diet Coke and asked for refill . Never told that there was a charge for each one. Chocolate cake was ok - when I asked about it I was told it was baked by the chef’s brother. I wish I were told it was a chocolate mousse cake because I was expecting a chocolate cake with icing.
