At Lower Mills Tavern, we strive to make this place feel like home to all – Whether that be during game day, date night, or a quick drink after work. We are a Dorchester-local tavern with a strong passion for community and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We offer live music 2 nights per week as well as $1 oysters on Monday, wood-fired pizzas, Salads, Seafood, Steaks and much more.

Our delicious seasonal menus are sure to have menu items specially catered towards any dietary need (ex: gluten-free, vegan, etc.). Voted Best Neighborhood Restaurant in Boston (Dorchester; Boston Magazine)

Best burger - seriously was so good! And the help could not be more welcoming. The host was gracious and welcoming (was nice to be treated so well) and our server who also made amazing drinks was brilliant. If you want the best burger try this. You will say "wow, best burger I have had in quite awhile." And the tomato soup was delicious!

What a great night we had! Thank you for accommodating our large party for my daughter's 16th birthday. She picked the restaurant and we weren't disappointed. Steph was an attentive and responsive waitress. The appetizers were amazing: poutine and brussel sprouts. Dinners were great. Steph even brought over a candle in one of the desserts we ordered for our birthday girl. We will be back. Thank you.

The ladies are very attentive helpful and the food was delicious. I had the LMT breakfast sandwich and home fries. Will definitely be back for dinner.
