   My boyfriend and I went to Louie Bossi for Valentine’s Day weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. We had an 8:15 pm reservation, and although the place was buzzing with people, we were seated right away. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. I had the risotto, which was delicious and definitely worth trying, while my boyfriend went with the steak and absolutely loved it. For dessert, we had the Tiramisu, and it was absolutely delicious. We were so impressed with everything that my boyfriend suggested we return next weekend to try the cheesecake! Highly recommend!

   Very busy night and we waited 25 mins for our outside table reservation but it was fine, we had a drink at the bar. Food was excellent and service was great!! It’s our 2nd time here in less than a week. Great place to celebrate anything.

   The food and service were great. The food is always tasty, and the hot food always comes out hot. Generous portions, I always end up taking some food home.

   The reservation was for nothing because we still ended up waiting almost two hours after our reservation time to be seated and then after that we still had to wait an hour and half for our food, but I do want to say that our server was good nothing against him since it wasn’t his fault but yea it sorta ruined our night having to wait that long even though I made a reservation. They need better organization

   This is pretty simple. Yes, it was Valentine's Day. However, they were completely unable to handle The customer load. Patience prevailed, despite the fact that we were seated approximately 20 minutes beyond our reservation time. Then upon seating, we are told that you should not order a steak because it's going to take an hour and 30 minutes. To be fair, they were honest, and accurate. It literally took an hour and 30 minutes to get the steak. The steaks themselves were forgettable. I quite honestly can make a better steak at home all day long. Then one could not even consider dessert because they turned the lights on because the restaurant was closing as it was after MIDNIGHT ,We had 9:30 p.m. reservations. Obviously we should never have run out of time. This was an epic fail. Spoke to Brian, the manager and while he was apologetic those were only words and he'd not put actions with his words. I don't need to be compensated, but it's a good faith display of the mistakes that you made. Instead of shaking My hand and apologizing for the long delay and he should have compensated the drinks during the unacceptable! Wait time. Honestly, epic fail.

    Unfortunately I’ve had the worst experience ever. I had my reservation at 9pm, and they had me waiting until 9.45pm (although I told the hostess I was with elderly people). Since we ordered our food, we had to wait until 11.30pm until our plates were ready. The service was REALLY bad. I love this restaurant, but I won’t go again due to the unacceptable and disrespectful experience we’ve been through.
