    I had made reservations for Valintine day at 5pm plus requested a booth inside the restaurant, We arrived at 5pm, check in. staff then started to take us outside on the patio. I stopped the hostess, informed her I requested a both inside. Hostess said it would be 5 to 10 minutes ', they were cleaning a table, 15 minutes later i asked to see the manager, manage came out of the kitchen door, asked how he could help us? During this time 3 other couple were seated at booth. The was worthless are he could say is we had 84 reservations. I told him that not my problem. that poor planning. We started to walk out when all of a sudden, a booth was available. It's not the first time we have experience problems with reservation.

    We love going to Lou Malnatis on Valentines Day for their heart shaped pizza. It's a special treat and their salad is excellent and rounds out the meal. Thanks for keeping up the tradition.

    I worked in a Chicago pizza shop for 4-years and made over 100,000 pizzas. But, the Lou's Classic is the BEST I have ever tasted. The service was EXTRAORDINARY. Ricky Bobby Bouchette is the best bartender in Scottsdale.

    Our waitress was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, and even offered a suggestion regarding the salad size we were going to order. She was very friendly and helpful.

    I have been to several Lou Malnati’s and this locations pizza does not measure up to their other restaurants It’s just not as good. Salads, appetizers and service were all excellent.
