Greeted by hostess and server promptly. Seated in a back booth that had such poor lighting that we could not read menu nor see the food that was served. Had suggested appetizer of crispy prawns - some were not good and smelled of ammonia unfortunately. Server took care of. Food was good to average. Loved loved original lotus and have such fond memories of spectacular food. Red rock location not so much. Sorry to share a disappointing review

First time dining experience at Lotus of Siam Red Rock and did not disappoint. Crispy hot eggs rolls were divine. The duck over noodles delicious! Service was quick and helpful.

This place is beautiful but was very disappointed with the food. The Tom yum soup was extremely sour too much so that my son wouldn’t eat it and we eaten that soup at other lower scale places no problem. The pad see ew was over cooked the noodles were extremely soft. Just disappointing especially for what they charge.

Tables are very small for 2 people, especially if you order multiple appetizers. But you will not be disappointed with their food or specials. Little pricey but well worth it. Chef definitely knows how to spice up the meals. Our server Jordan was amazing. Will definitely return & ask for her section.

I had a great time. The food is always good. I have been there multiple times I love the server JR. He is the best. He comes to check on us for drinks all the time. Make sure that our food is prepared and is very genuine. Customer Service is the best. Joey was not so great The lady taking us to the table wasn’t very nice looking either but I’d continue to go because the food is delicious

Server was kind of rude. Didn’t come back checking on the food we asked for dipping sauce for the shrimp never came out yet. I still left a 23 tip on a 177 bill ….. The prawns were good my crispy duck and sauce hardly any duck 80% sauce, and my girl ordered the sliced steak. The presentation was horrible, and it was the sliced steak that was sprinkled with salad, ridiculously overpriced.
