   We had the best night, dinner and service was wonderful. Perfect place for a date night. So happy we picked to sit in the cozy patio area! We will be back!

   Amazing first time at Losanti. Our server Izzy, was fantastic. She asked questions, gave great recommendations, and checked in on us throughout our time there. Highly recommend this restaurant for special occasion, girls night out, date night or even just treating yourself to a great meal. Also, the Bleu martini was phenomenal!

   Losanti has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. Last night changed that. We arrived 6:20 for a 6:45 reservation for two reasons. One, to relax and enjoy a beverage before dinner. Two, and most importantly because the Open Table reservation fine print states that they will only hold your reservation for 5 minutes. 5 minutes! In other words don’t be late! We were told at the reservation desk that we had to leave the restaurant and come back at 6:45. It was 40° outside and every restaurant is packed at this time of day. They suggested we just find someplace else to go- Oh! But don’t be late to your 6:45 reservation because at 6:50 it’s gone. Seriously? We tried to be allowed to stand inside out of the doorway (without ordering a drink- not an option!) so that we could stay warm inside. We were told no. Every space inside is reserved. We left and did go back at 6:45 on the dot. We had purchased a $200 gift certificate we needed to use. Our server was great. The only problem with the food was the chefs problem with cooking a medium well filet. Long story, after two tries I brought it home to finish cooking for tomorrow. Losanti, seriously look at your protocol for your patrons. We are on the move toward winter in Cincinnati. Turning people away because they show up a bit early because their reservation is held for only 5 minutes is an absurd policy.

   Ryan was out server and he was amazing! We are a rowdy bunch and he handled us well. Everything from the drinks to the food to the ambiance of the restaurant were 10/10! Always a great time had at Losanti.

   Shawn was our server and he was absolutely excellent. He was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was more than delicious. Each item was full of flavor and prepared to perfection. It was our first time and will definitely return.

    Next, to Ruby's, Abigail Street, Sotto, and Nicola's.... best restaurant in OTR. Come for the steak, stay for the Butta Cake!
