Fish and chips. Large serving but absolutely no flavor. I have tried quite a few of their menu options this year and have been underwhelmed by them all. This used to be a nice place to sit and enjoy lunch but the prices have soared and the menu items are not tasty. They have not recovered from the pandemic; I will keep my fingers crossed. Thankfully the snack bar has reopened and there are a few promising choices on the menu.

We always enjoy our time at Longleaf. The service is exceptional and the menu is a great experience in new flavors and concepts. The setting inside the garden is perfect.

It was a great dinning experience! The staff and servers were friendly and very attractive. The food was very good and I can't wait to go back! Thanks for great service! And the view of the gardens made it even more special!

Today’s lunch at Longleaf was disappointing. The menu has changed, with a lot of new dishes. The chef was too creative, and added new ingredients to traditional dishes, and the experiments didn’t always work. For instance, the sauce on raw oysters, or the sauce for grilled cabbage was “strange” and not very tasty. Even the Fish and Chips were not as good as before.

The food we ordered for lunch was absolutely delicious! Especially the pear and crab salad! I’d recommend highly. However, while our server was pleasant, he was not attentive.

Experience was amazing. Services was a bit slow. But we were so well accommodated it didn’t matter. Duck confit: 7/10 slightly on the saltier side. Wagyu and Frites: 7/10 a bit too tender and again on the saltier side

Sitting outside on the patio is wonderful. Our server Monterey was very nice, but not overly attentive. We noticed how much the other server interacted with her customers and we felt less appreciated. The food was really good. The fish from the fish and chips was the best I ever had.

The menu has changed. Not as good as it used to be .. it was good experience but not a great one. Value vs food was OK. Maybe good to have a drink and an appetizer but not worth the $$.

We have eaten at Longleaf several times over the years and enjoyed it, but the last two times we have been disappointed. It is very expensive for what you get. They use to have more sandwich options, like a chicken sandwich that was very good and reasonably priced for lunch. We probably will not be returning. It is too bad because it was a place that we enjoyed meeting friends for lunch.
