Locanda dell’Orso is inspired by the old legend of the Innkeeper and the Bear. Here you’ll find the ambiance of a warm Italian home, built on the promise of a welcoming and indulgent culinary experience throughout.     First time visiting this restaurant with 3 other friends. Overall the food was good but wish there were more than 2 meat/seafood options. We ended up just ordering 3 appetizers and 1 pasta and left to complete our dinner at another restaurant. Service was efficient and welcoming and so no complaints there. Do miss the former occupant, Autostrada that had a more varied menu and our group agreed tasted better. We may give it another go in the near future if the meat/seafood entree options expands.

    Beautiful - brought family here from Europe, they all loved so much, cocktails and N/A - excellent choices. So hard to choose what everyone’s favourite was, but the gnocchi, ravioli, and bolognese were to die for!! Tiramisu & panna cotta were the perfect end to a beautiful meal with family

    Delicious food and personable staff. My companion mobilizes with a four wheeled walker; there are no stairs, the washrooms were accessible and the staff were very accommodating. The server was knowledgeable of the menu and kitchen was able to accommodate a dairy allergy as well.

    Best ravioli with pumpkin sauce I've had outside of Italy. The pumpkin sauce was divine and the ravioli were plump and super tasty. Also had delicious focaccia bread; more light and fluffy than dense and chewy. Additionally, we ordered the beet salad. Was perfect starter for 3, lots of delicious raddiccio, thinly sliced beet and maybe some orange. Was a great meal, steps from the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, and they have a "show" discount! Would go back fore sure!

    After all the hubbub with The Eras Tour, it was lovely to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with delicious food. The Agnolotti del Plin was heavenly and the service was unbelievable great.
