We witnessed firsthand a professional ran kitchen. The kitchen was down a couple of staff, and the chef was in control and pushed through service. The food was great, and the service was as well.

Refreshingly different from any other area restaurant. Oysters on the half shell imported from fresh clean water way up north. Sushi with the freshest fish of the highest quality. All prepared by a Sushi Chef who has worked at several prestigious settings in the area. Selections and presentations are meticulously prepared by the owner and head chef. Don’t be surprised if he greats you as you enter. The staff is knowledgeable and actually seem to be having a good time making it all work. All in all, a big step up in area cuisine.
